Inc. stores this information to enable it to fulfill orders or to improve the level of service to its Customers. R.W. & B. IP Address Logging

R.W. & B. Inc.' web servers collect domain names and/or IP addresses of users to measure what pages and features are accessed by our visitors. R.W. & B. Inc. uses software such as Web Trends to collect and analyze this information. This information helps us administer the site, improve content and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. R.W. & B. Inc. links IP addresses to personally identifiable information submitted to R.W. & B. Inc.. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy, and R.W. & B. Inc.'s collection and use of customer information, shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of Montana. Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Northwest District of the state of Montana.

Governing Language

Any translation of this Policy is done for local requirements and in the event of a dispute between the English and any non-English versions, the English version of this License Agreement shall govern.


We are committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide to us, and we maintain commercially reasonable procedures and technology designed for this purpose. This website has reasonable technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures. Although we cannot guarantee that our systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, we periodically update and test our technology in order to improve the protection of customer information.

We suggest that you install anti-virus software on your computer and routinely check for viruses, keyloggers, spyware and other programs that may become installed on your computer without your permission. If you believe that you have received a virus from, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may take research the issue and use remedial measures to remove the virus if necessary.

R.W. & B. Inc. does not send emails to customers requesting billing, login or password information. If you receive an email purporting to be from or R.W. & B. Inc. that asks you to provide personal or account information, or login and passwords, do not provide such information unless you have first verified that the website or email is from R.W. & B. Inc.. Such emails may be fraudulent and used in connection with scams known as phishing. R.W. & B. Inc. asks that you report any suspicious emails or websites to R.W. & B. Inc. through the contact information inculded in this policy.

Return Policy


We realize that many customers need to test the fit of their boots before wearing them on a day-to-day basis. We highly recommend that customers try on their boots indoors on a carpet or rug in order to keep the boots in brand new condition. Please do not wear your boots until you are sure they fit properly. We will not be able to accept any worn boots for an exchange or refund.

  • All returns for exchanges and/or refunds must occur within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. After 14 days, this policy becomes invalid.


  • Returns may take up to two weeks to be processed through our Returns Department.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.


  • We will recharge the shipping fee for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address.



  • Obvious Wear & Tear such as scuffs, scrapes, worn soles
  • Any and all alterations to the original design of the product.
  • Dirt, sand, sun and/or water damage, antiperspirant stains, makeup, etc.
  • Obvious odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc.
  • Protective Packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return.
  • Due to Health Code Violations, socks are not eligible for return.

Items being returned for exchanges MUST be in brand new, resalable condition. If you return product that is not in its original condition as received, you will be charged a repackaging fee of up to 20% of the retail value of the product. Items returned in damaged/used condition will be rejected
A refund will be remitted to you via your credit card account or via company check for the merchandise amount minus the original shipping and handling fees. If you had received FREE SHIPPING on your original order, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping/handling costs. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you.
If you are in receipt of an item that is defective, you must contact within 20 days of the buyer's receipt of defective merchandise. Your defective product RA number will be emailed to you. Once the defective RA number has been emailed, you have 14 days from the time of receipt of the email to have the product begin shipping to the returns department. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed defective by our Returns Department, a new item will be shipped out to you. You will not be charged a reshipment fee.

  • The merchandise in its original, brand-new condition with all related paperwork and packaging.
  • A copy of your order invoice.
  • A short but precise note listing the reason(s) for the return and/or exchange.

For your protection, we recommend using a reputable carrier to ship and insure your package. We are not responsible in any manner for lost or damaged merchandise that has been shipped to us. Please retain your shipping receipt.

If a customer is in receipt of merchandise that was drop-shipped (merchandise from one of Montana Army Navy Store distributors shipped directly to the customer), it is the customer’s responsibility to contact Montana Army Navy Store about any and all concerns regarding the drop-shipped merchandise. If the drop-shipped merchandise is to be refunded andif you had received FREE SHIPPING on your original order, you will be refunded the merchandise amount minus our shipping/handling costs. We will not be held liable for issuing refunds and/or exchanges on any drop-shipped merchandise that a customer has chosen to return to the distributor. In addition, Montana Army Navy Store will not be held liable for any missing or damaged items that the customer has chosen to return to the distributor. Furthermore, if drop-shipped merchandise has been returned to the distributor by the customer, Montana Army Navy Store reserves the right to end all further assistance and proceedings regarding the customer’s order. Orders also cannot be Billed Internationally and Shipped outside the U.S.
Montana Army Navy Store reserves the right and will charge a restocking fee of 10% up to 20% of the retail value of any and all merchandise that is returned for a refund.
All returned items sent back in used and/or damaged condition will be rejected and sent back to the buyer. If customers reject their return shipment (rejected due to ineligibility), Montana Army Navy Store reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold credit.
All sales are final on Close-out and Blow-out merchandise. These items are not eligible for return and/or exchange.
